(Oral) The State counsel on instructions from SI Ran Singh apprised the Court that the petitioner stands arrested in some another criminal case by the police and thus the present petition filed by the petitioner seeking grant of anticipatory bail deserves to be dismissed being not maintainable. Today none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. In view of the above as the present petitioner has been arrested in another case, instant petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail stands dismissed having been rendered infructuous and order of interim bail dated 5.5.2022 stands vacated.
