Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of order dated 2.12.2016 (Annexure P4), passed by the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ludhiana in criminal complaint No. 6911/14 dated 1.10.2014 titled as "Harpreet Singh v. Anjandeep Singh" under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, whereby application, moved by the petitioner, under Section 311 Cr.P.C. was dismissed. The only ground taken in the application for recalling of witnesses that earlier some other counsel was representing the petitioner and now the petitioner has engaged some other counsel and material questions have not been put to the witnesses and that is the purpose of recalling of the witnesses and the application to that effect.
