 Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.03 dated 07.01.2022, registered under Sections 341, 323, 427, 506 and 34 IPC and Section 379-B IPC (added later on), at Police Station Nehianwala, District Bathinda.

Vide order dated 26.05.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Parkash Singh, submits that in pursuance of the aforesaid order, the petitioner has joined investigation and is now not required for any further investigation. In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 26.05.2022 granting interim bail to the petitioner, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
