(Oral) The petition has been field inter alia seeking a writ of mandamus directing respondent no.2 to release the additional amount of ten per cent of the basic pay plus dearness allowance of the petitioner from November 2024 till date with eighteen per cent of interest.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case she is permitted to make a representation before the respondents raising the grievance as has been raised in this petition, and the same may be ordered to be decided within a specified period 3.

Mr. Rohit Arya, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State and submits that in case any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the same will be decided by respondent no.2 expeditiously.

In view thereof, without going into the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the respondents within a period of two weeks from today. In case any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be decided by respondent no.2-Director of Elementary Education, by passing a speaking order thereupon in accordance with law, within a period of three months of receiving the representation.

In case the order is not passed within the stipulated period, the officer concerned shall pay costs of ₹50,000 to the petitioner.
