*** It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that the dispute has been amicably resolved between the parties. Copy of settlement agreement has been placed on record. It is further stated that a petition for quashing of F.I.R. on the basis of compromise has been filed, which is pending for 5.12.2018. Learned State counsel submits that petitioners have since joined the investigation. This fact is conceded by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Jagsir Singh. He states that in view of the compromise between the parties, the petitioners are not required for further investigation by the local police. Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 26.4.2017 is made absolute, subject to their fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The petition stands allowed accordingly.
