2. Whether the judgement should be reported in Digest ? RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in FIR No.101 dated 16.3.2015 under Sections 376/420/506/120-B IPC registered at Police Station Jodhewal, Distt. Ludhiana.

Notice of motion was issued and interim protection was granted. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Som Nath, Police Station Basti Jodhewal, Ludhiana, submits that in compliance of the order dated 7.5.2015 passed by this court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required in this case for further investigation. In view of the above, instant petition is allowed and the order dated 7.5.2015 passed by this court is hereby made absolute, subject to the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Disposed of, accordingly.
