Needful has been done. As per office report, learned counsel for the appellant has been informed through email. Letter issued to learned counsel for the respondent has been received back with the report "not found in the Bar Room" and even name of the counsel is not mentioned in the Bar Directory. In any case, since learned counsel for the appellant has been informed and yet none appears, it seems that the appellant is not interested to pursue the appeal.
