I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 08.01.2015.
Learned counsel for the State, after seeking instructions from ASI Sarwan Singh, states that out of 18 prosecution witnesses 17 witness have been examined and only one witness i.e. a Constable from RAVINDER SINGH 2015.05.19 10:24 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
-2Crl. Misc. No. M-14013 of 2015 Rajasthan is to be examined. Now the case is fixed for 21.5.2015 for prosecution evidence.
I have considered the contentions raised by learned counsel for the parties.
Keeping in view the fact that prosecution evidence is about to conclude and case is fixed for 21.5.2015, no ground for grant of regular bail is made out.
Dismissed. However, trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within two months from the receipt of certified copy of this order. (Paramjeet Singh) Judge May 18, 2015 R.S.
