ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Matter was taken up for hearing on 10.01.2023, none appeared on behalf of the parties. In the premise, Registry was asked to issue fresh notice to learned counsel for the parties.

Needful has been done. As per office report, learned counsel for the appellant has been informed through e-mail. Letter issued to learned counsel for the respondents has been received back with the report that he has no further instructions since case file has been taken back by his client. In any case, since learned counsel for the appellant has been informed and yet none appears, it seems that the appellant is not interested to pursue the appeal.
