MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for a direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to decide the representation dated 05.07.2019 (Annexure P1) in a time bound manner.

Keeping in view the limited prayer addressed by the petitioner, facts and circumstances of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, it is considered appropriate to dispose of this petition, with a direction to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur (respondent No.2) to look into the representation dated 05.07.2019 (Annexure P1) and take appropriate action as may be required.
