Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that during the pendency of the suit claiming injunction on the basis of adverse possession, the plaintiff was dispossessed.
In the absence of any amendment before the trial Court or the lower Appellate Court for alternative relief, the suit for injunction dismissed by the trial Court and affirmed by the lower Appellate Court cannot be faulted with.
No ground is made out for interference.
Resultantly, the second appeal is dismissed.
