In the present petition, the grievance being raised by the petitioners is that certain vacant posts in the department concerned has not been brought under the purview of the transfer policy dated 25.02.2022, copy of which has been appended as Annexure P-3, which is causing prejudice to them, hence, the respondents be directed to allow the petitioners to exercise the options against all the vacant posts and not only the one vacant post available at different stations which have been opened on web-portal (Annexure P-7).

The further prayer of the petitioners is that qua the petitioners No. 8 & 9 as their spouses are already employed with the Government of Haryana, they are entitled for five extra marks which should also be extended to them while considering their claim for transfer on the post of Inspector Cooperative Societies under the transfer policy dated 25.02.2022 RIYA 2024.03.04 10:50 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the petitioners have already raised the said grievance in the representation, copy of which has been appended as Annexure P-13, but the same are still pending consideration with the respondents and the petitioners will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a direction is issued to the respondents to decide the same by passing an appropriate speaking order in a time bound manner. 4.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Harish Nain, AAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and submits that in case, the representation, copy of which has been appended as Annexure P-13 has been received in the office of the concerned authorities and the same is still pending consideration with the authorities concerned, the same will be decided by the competent authority within a period of four weeks of the receipt of certified copy of this order by passing an appropriate speaking order.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further. 7.
