(ORAL) At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition has been rendered infrucutuous as the impugned FIR was quashed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 13.12.2019 passed in CRM-M-20768-2019, 'Rakesh Jain and another Vs. State of Punjab and another'.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
