(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No.222 dated 09.12.2017 under Sections 21(4)(1) of Mines and Minerals (Regulation of Development) Act, at Police Station Khizrabad, District Yamuna Nagar.

Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated April 10, 2018, petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated April 10, 2018, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
