The present appeal pertains to the year 1992. No one has been appearing on behalf of the appellant since 03.03.2015. Vide order dated 12.12.2023 notice was issued to the appellant. As per the Office report dated 05.04.2024, notice issued to the appellant has been received back with the report that the poultry farm has been vacated and no one is residing there. There is no other address available with the Court for effecting service of the appellant except the one mentioned in the memo of parties and in the judgments and decrees passed by the Courts below and is the same on which the notices were sent.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present regular second appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
