The present regular second appeal has been filed against the judgment dated 09.03.1992 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Gurdaspur whereby the appeal filed against the judgment and decree dated 17.03.1989 is dismissed.

Mr. Ritesh Aggarwal, Advocate appears and submits that both the appellants as well as the respondents have since passed away. He established contact with LRs of the appellants, who have apprised him that they are not keen to pursue the present matter.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.

Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the appellant at the last known address, as also to the concerned SHO of the area to intimate the same. 5.

A period of three months is granted for seeking recalling of this order.
