(Oral) The grievance of petitioner is that the police is not taking any action against accused/private respondent No. 6 despite the fact that she has given representation to the effect that respondent No. 6 is harassing her by sending number of wrong messages/calls from different person. Respondent No. 6 has circulated the mobile number of the petitioner to persons in the area by sending wrong messages from the petitioner's mobile number by hacking the mobile phone. In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to look into the complaint/representation (Annexure P-1 and P-2) of the petitioner, in accordance with law.
