JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.12 dated 25.03.2015 under Section 420 IPC, P.S City Ahmedgarh, District Sangrur. As per the allegations, the petitioners, who were the owners of the land in question, sold the property to the complainant and thereafter sold it again to another party.

It is agreed by learned counsel for the complainant and the petitioner that an amicable settlement has been arrived at whereby the complainant would get his sale deed cancelled so as to protect the title of the subsequent vendee.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Labh Singh, states that the petitioners have joined investigation wherein the fact of compromise has been duly acknowledged and that no challan is proposed to be submitted.

In view of the above, interim bail/protection granted vide order dated 01.5.2015 passed by this Court is hereby made absolute. Petition stands disposed of.
