(ORAL) Petitioner seeks bail pending trial in FIR 201 dated 23.5.2014 under Sections 120-B/506/366/376(D) IPC and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, submits that since the trial is at fag end, he does not intend to press this petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed, at this stage.
