Challenge in the present regular second appeal is to the reversal findings of fact returned by the Courts below in a suit filed by the plaintiffrespondent for permanent injunction. 2.

As per office note, notice issued to appellant Nos.1 and 2 have been received back served and they had informed of a compromise arrived at many years ago, while appellant No.3 and the sole respondent are reportedly no more. 3.

Learned counsel for the appellants pleads no instructions. 4.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.

Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the appellant at the last known address, as also to the concerned SHO of the area to intimate the same. 6.

A period of three months is granted for seeking recalling of this order.
