(ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for direction to respondents No. 1 to 3, to protect the lives and liberty of the petitioners, at the hands of respondents No. 4 to 7. By filing short reply by way of affidavit of Sh. Subhash Chand, Deputy Superintendent of Police-II, Yamuna Nagar, along with Annexures R-1 to R-3, learned State counsel submits that there is no alleged threat perception to the petitioner.

In view of above, the instant petition is dismissed being based on falsehood.
