As per office report, appellant Nos.1 and 6 stand duly served, however, none has put in appearance on their behalf. Appellant Nos.2 and 3 are stated to have died. Appellant Nos.4 and 5 are stated to be not residing at the given addresses. Respondent No.2 stands duly served, however, none has put in appearance on her behalf.

Since none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
