(ORAL) Prayer in this writ petition is for quashing impugned publication dated 12.01.2023 (Annexure P-1) advertised by the respondent-Bank while issuing notice under Section 13(2) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short 'the SARFAESI Act').

Learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing for some time, seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to petitioners to avail remedy(ies), as may be available to them, in accordance with law at an appropriate stage.

Accordingly, present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforementioned.
