Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition seeking anticipatory bail for the petitioner in FIR No.15 dated 01.04.2017 under Section 498A IPC, Police Station Women Cell, Bathinda is rendered infructuous as the said FIR has been quashed by this Court on 26.05.2017 in CRM No.M-14087 of 2017 on the basis of a settlement arrived at between the parties. This fact is not denied by the learned counsel for the State.

Disposed of accordingly.
