**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner has filed the present petition for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamums directing respondent No. 2 to grant/sanction child care leave to her for a period of one month with immediate effect keeping in view the examination of son of the petitioner of 10th class. The petitioner is working as PGT English at Government Sr. School Bakra Market, Ambala Cantt Tehsil and District Ambala. She applied for child care leave on 29.11.2018, which was recommended by the Principal of the School to concern Block Education Officer vide diary No. 3099/2018 dated 29.11.2018, which was further forwarded to respondent No. 2 but till date no action has been taken.

Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Ms. Palika Monga, DAG Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall supply copy of the petition to learned State counsel by today itself.
