(ORAL) Present Criminal Revision has been filed against the judgment of conviction dated 12.09.2001 and order of sentence dated 13.09.2001 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Faridabad, whereby the petitioner was convicted under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and sentenced to pay a fine of ` 2,50,000/- and in default of payment of fine to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of six months as well as against the judgment dated 20.03.2003 whereby the appeal filed by the petitioner, against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence, was dismissed by learned Sessions Judge.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to withdraw this revision.
