(ORAL) Grievance of the petitioner is that its plea for grant of shop on preferential basis was rejected vide order dated 22.06.2011. Petitioner preferred an appeal before the Chief Administrator, Haryana State Agriculture Marketing Board (respondent no. 2 herein). However, no decision has been taken thereon till today.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Mr. Ankur Mittal, Addl. A.G. Haryana, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of official respondent(s). Petition is disposed off with the direction that in case any appeal filed by the petitioner is pending before respondent no. 2, decision thereon shall be taken at the earliest, in any case not later than two months. In the eventuality, matter is delayed beyond this period, officer responsible for delay shall be liable to pay punitive costs which shall not be less then `50,000/- as costs. Same shall be deducted from the salary of said officer.
