**** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned transfer order dated 19.02.2019 (Annexure P-10) vide which he was transferred from Charkhi Dadri to Chandigarh.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that proceedings before this Court are rendered infructuous as the petitioner retired on 31.03.2020.

Disposed of accordingly.
