On the instructions of ASI Mulakh Raj, it has been informed that the petitioner has joined the investigation. A perusal of the police file indicates that the petitioner's liability would be determined as a member of unlawful assembly, during trial. However, no specific injury has been attributed to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petition is allowed, interim order dated 4.5.2016 is hereby confirmed and it is ordered that in case of arrest of the petitioner, he will be released on bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to the condition that he will join the investigation as and when required by the police and will not tamper with evidence or hamper the investigation.
