The present appeal pertains to the year 1992. Vide order dated 08.01.2024 notices were issued to the appellants returnable 16.05.2024. On 16.05.2024 none had put in appearance on behalf of the appellants and the case was adjourned to today. Today also none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 2.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
