RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of direction to official respondents no.1 to 4 to direct the local State Machinery to appoint some independent agency to conduct fair investigation in case FIR No.16 dated 29.01.2023, under Section 302, 148, 149, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Jalandhar, Annexure P-1.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
