ARUN MONGA, J.(ORAL) Having suffered concurrent adverse findings by two Courts below, plaintiff/appellant is in second appeal before this Court assailing judgment and decree dated 29.01.1990 passed by learned trial Court, as upheld by learned First Appellate Court vide judgment and decree dated 16.03.1992, dismissing suit for possession filed by plaintiff/appellant. 2.
Matter was admitted on 09.11.1992. Case was taken up for hearing on 10.01.2023, when Registry was asked to issue notice to learned counsels for parties.

Office report reveals that due to lack of complete and proper address, parties could not be served. In the absence of addresses of the parties, issuance of fresh notices will be an exercise in futility. 4.
Dismissed in default.
