The petitioner has filed the instant petition with a prayer that his complaint Annexure P-1 be enquired into. He has specifically set out allegations against respondents No.4 to 9.

Reply has been filed by the State wherein it has been stated that the grievance of the petitioner was looked into and his allegations were found to be incorrect.

If that be so, then in the absence of any counter-affidavit, the Court would have no option but to accept the fact that the respondents have satisfied the grievance of the petitioner.

Petition dismissed.
