The petitioner has filed this second petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.667 dated 20.10.2016 registered for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 506 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Samalkha, District Panipat.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.

From the record, I find that this is second anticipatory bail petition. The first bail petition has already been dismissed by this Court on merit vide order dated 8.3.2017. As per the prosecution version, the FIR in the present case was got registered by complainant-Mukesh Kumar. As per the allegations, `10 Lakhs were taken by petitioner-Sonu alias Sawan and one Dheeraj Midha for sending the complainant to Dubai and thereby they Harpal Singh Parmar 2017.05.02 18:01 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

Cr. Misc. No.M-14177 of 2017 [2] cheated the complainant. It has been held by this Court in the earlier order dated 8.3.2017 that in view of the nature and gravity of the offences and in view of the fact that the petitioner was required for custodial interrogation, the petitioner was not entitled to the benefit of anticipatory bail. No change in circumstances has been shown. Therefore, the petitioner is required for custodial interrogation in view the nature and gravity of the offences. Hence, I do not find it a fit case where the present petitioner is entitled to the benefit of anticipatory bail.

Therefore, finding no merit in this petition, the same is dismissed.
