Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.90 dated 10.9.2015 under Section 22 of the NDPS Act,PS Verowal,Distt. Tarn Taran.

It is submitted that the petitioner was granted regular bail vide order dated 11.1.2016 for alleged recovery of 500 tablets of Lomotil being non-commercial in nature. Due to non-presence of the petitioner accused on 5.3.2016 on account of wrong noting of the date his bail bonds were cancelled and NBWs issued. Vide order dated 4.5.2016 petitioner was extended the benefit of surrendering before the court below within seven days and seekijng interim bail. He did not avail the said benefit and yet again vide order dated 18.5.2016 the benefit was extended, however, subject RAJINDER PRASHAD JOSHI 2016.05.31 18:26 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

At the time of hearing today, it is submitted that the petitioner has still not surrendered before the trial court. In view of the above no further orders are required to be passed.
