**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Present petition is for release of petitioner on regular bail in FIR No.579 dated 01.07.2016, under Sections 306, 498-A and 34 IPC, registered at Police Station City Gurgaon.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the marriage of Abhilasha (since deceased) was solemnized with petitioner on 27.04.2008 and she has committed suicide on 01.07.2016 i.e. after 7 years of the marriage. Moreover, initially the FIR was registered under Section 304-B IPC and during investigation the challan has been presented under Sections 306, 498-A and 34 IPC.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Balraj Singh, has informed that after framing of charge, 15 witnesses have to be examined and the trial is fixed for 06.05.2017.

CRM-M-1419-2017 -2I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and with their able assistance gone through the material available on record. The petitioner was arrested on 20.07.2016. Since then, he is in judicial custody and no useful purpose would be served to further detain him in jail. The final conclusion of trial will take a long time. In view of above facts, the present petition is allowed. The petitioner is ordered to be released on regular bail on her furnishing adequate bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of learned trial Judge/Duty Magistrate, Gurgaon.
Needless to mention that, nothing observed here-in-above, would reflect, on merits in the trial of the main case, in any manner.
