**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking directions to respondents No. 2 and 3 to protect their life and liberty. Vide order of even date, CRM-M-25706 of 2018 filed by petitioner Ravi Pal was allowed and he has been granted anticipatory bail. Report from Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Gurdaspur has been received. It has been reported that the statements of the girl and her parents were recorded. The girl was not willing to go with her parents therefore she was again sent back to Gandhi Vanita Ashram Observation Home, Nari Niketan, Jalandhar.

The girl has been produced before the Court today and she is not willing to go with her parents. Therefore, the girl be sent back to Gandhi Vanita Ashram Observation Home, Nari Niketan, Jalandhar. She would be secure there as she had expressed threat.
