SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) This petition is for seeking protection of life and liberty of petitioners, who alleged to have married against the wishes of respondents No.4 and 5, parents of petitioner No.1.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has limited his prayer for taking appropriate action in accordance with law on the representation dated 29.04.2015 (Annexure P/4) made by the petitioners. It has been stated that both the petitioners are major. The date of birth of petitioner No.1-Simran is 29.02.1996 as per copy of Secondary School Examination Certificate (Annexure P-1) and that of petitioner No.2-Sandeep is 07.09.1991 as per copy of driving licence (Annexure P-2). They got married on 29.04.2015. Photographs of marriage are Annexure P/3. In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and without expressing any opinion on the validity of marriage of petitioners, this petition is disposed of with direction to SACHIN MEHTA 2015.05.04 09:53 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
