On 04.07.2022 none had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners and the following order was passed : "As per office report, respondent no.1 remains unserved as he was not found residing at the given address. Respondent no.3 also remains unserved and is stated to be out of the country. Respondent no.4 stands duly served, however none has put in appearance on her behalf. Respondent no.5 is reported to have gone abroad.

Mr. Sarabdeep Singh, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent no.2 while Mr. Abdul Azis, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent no.6 and have filed their vakalatnamas,

-2which are taken on record. Mr. Sukhdeep Singh, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent no.7 and seeks some time to file his vakalatnama. Let fresh notice be issued to the unserved respondents on furnishing of their correct/complete addresses returnable 28.10.2022.

Interim order to continue."

On 28.10.2022 none had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners and the following order was passed : "None has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners.

As per office report, respondent no.1 remains unserved as he was not found residing at the given address. None has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent no.4 despite service. Respondent nos.2 and 7 are already represented by counsel. However, none has appeared on their behalf. Respondent no.5 remains unserved as he is stated to have gone abroad. Respondent no.3 also remains unserved as he is stated to be out of the country.

Learned counsel for the petitioners to take steps to furnish correct/fresh addresses of respondent nos.1, 3

-3and 5 within two weeks and on doing so let fresh notices be issued to them returnable 16.12.2022.

Interim order to continue."

Thereafter, the case was adjourned on two dates by order i.e. on 16.12.2022 and 20.04.2023. Today again neither anyone has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners nor steps have been taken by the counsel for the petitioners to furnish correct/fresh addresses of respondent Nos.1, 3 and 5 as directed vide order dated 28.10.2022. This Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present revision petition for nonprosecution. 4.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
