(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.661, dated 22.11.2022, registered under Sections 148, 149, 307, 323, 365 and 506 (Section 307 deleted and 325 added later on) of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Gannaur, District Sonipat (Annexure P-1).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous, as the petitioner stands arrested in this case.
