ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) 1.

The present appeal pertains to the year 1992. No one has been appearing on behalf of the appellants since 27.11.2018. Vide order dated 17.11.2022, since appellant No.1 was stated to have died, notice was issued to appellant No.2 in his personal capacity as he would have attained the age of majority by then. As per the Office report, affixation was duly made. However, no one had appeared on behalf of the appellants. Same was the situation on 23.08.2023. Today again no one has appeared on behalf of the appellants. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.
