(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners in case FIR No.130 dated 20.06.2018 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324, 427, 506 IPC (Section 307 IPC added later on) at Police Station Nagina, District Nuh. On instructions from, ASI Surender Kumar, learned State counsel submits that petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 08.03.2019, passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of.
