Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.PC is for issuance of directions to the official respondents to look into the complaint/resolution dated 27.10.2022 (Annexure P-4/P-5) moved by the petitioner as well as reports submitted by BDPO, Dhilwan dated 27.10.2022 (Annexure P-6) and report dated 28.10.2022 (Annexure P-7) moved by DDPO, Kapurthala vide which it was recommended that an FIR/criminal case be registered against respondents No.5 to 13.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, if the petition is disposed off with directions to the official respondents to consider and decide its complaint / resolution dated 27.10.2022 (Annexures P-4 & P-5) in accordance with law. A perusal of the complaint dated 27.10.2022 (Annexures P-5) reveals that it has been made to the Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Bhilwan and not to respondent No.2. CRM-M-10793-2022 -2The petitioner would be well advised to approach respondent No.2 - Sr. Superintendent of Police, Kapurthala qua the complaint/resolution dated 27.10.2022.

The petition is disposed of with directions to Sr. Superintendent of Police, Kapurthala that as and when any representation is made to him by the petitioner qua the alleged fraud committed by the private respondents, the same would be looked into and appropriate steps, if any required, would be taken in accordance with law.
