The petitioners pray for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondent No.1 to hear and decide their statutory departmental appeal.

Mr. Athar Ahmed, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, while entering appearance, submits that the petitioners' appeal has been decided today itself. A copy of the order has been handed over to the learned counsel representing the petitioners.
