Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) This is a petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C seeking pre-arrest bail in a case FIR No. 153 dated 15.10.2014 registered against the petitioner under Sections 323, 374, 498-A IPC at Police Station, Bhargo Camp, District Jalandhar.
Learned State counsel submits that pursuant to order dated 1.5.2015, the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.
In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim order dated 1.5.2015 is hereby made absolute, subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. Petition stands allowed in aforesaid terms.
