On notice a reply has been filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 3 stating therein that challan has been presented in the Court on 05.05.2016 and next date fixed in the Court is 04.07.2016 for committing the challan to learned Sessions Court.

In view of the above factual position, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. Disposed of.
