The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.7 dated 19.1.2017 registered for the offences under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Mahilpur, District Hoshiarpur. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.

As per the FIR, the present petitioner executed the sale deed to his share and in the same sale deed share of Kulwinder Singh son of the complainant was sold by impersonation. The present petitioner is a real nephew of the complainant and was knowing fully well that Kulwinder Singh and the complainant are residing in foreign country. The allegation of criminal conspiracy has been alleged against the present petitioner along with other co-accused.

Cr. Misc. No.M-14223 of 2017 [2] Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case and in view of the fact that the petitioner is required for custodial interrogation, I do not find it a fit case where the present petitioner is entitled to the benefit of anticipatory bail. Therefore, finding no merit in this petition, the same is dismissed.
