SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) This petition is for seeking protection of life and liberty of petitioners, who alleged to have married against the wishes of respondents No.4 and 5, father and uncle (Massar) of petitioner No.1. Learned counsel for the petitioners has limited his prayer for taking appropriate action in accordance with law on the representation dated 28.04.2015 (Annexure P/4) made by the petitioners. It has been stated that both the petitioners are major. The date of birth of petitioner No.1-Harpreet Kaur is 07.12.1993 as per copy of Identity Card issued by Election Commission of India (Annexure P/1) and year of birth of petitioner No.2-Gagandeep Singh is 1988 as per copy of Aadhaar Card (Annexure P/2). They got married on 28.04.2015. Photographs of marriage are Annexure P/3.
