Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Vide order dated 23.07.2015 learned trial court was directed to send the complete interim (zimni) orders passed by it but the same have not been received. An explanation be sought in that regard.

Learned counsel for the State has produced the affidavit of Superintendent of Police (Investigation), Jalandhar (Rural) explaining the circumstances under which all the prosecution witnesses could not be produced. He has pointed out that appropriate action is being taken against against HC Satpal Singh for not serving the prosecution witnesses properly. He also submits that the case of the petitioner has been segregated from his co-accused who has been declared as proclaimed offender. Now the case before learned trial court is fixed for 26.08.2015 for recording of the evidence of the remaining prosecution witnesses. SEEMA RANI 2015.08.26 13:27

Criminal Misc.No.M-14184 of 2015 [2] He also points out that on the next date of hearing all the prosecution witnesses shall be produced before learned trial court.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition at this stage.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the above-said prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner. Disposed of as not pressed.

In view of the order dated 25.09.2014 passed by this Court in CRM-M-31902 of 2014, it is expected that learned trial court would conclude the trial at the earliest. August 24, 2015 (Naresh Kumar Sanghi) seema Judge
