Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner as well as her minor son at the instance of respondent No.7.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was a compromise between the parties and a decision was taken to file divorce petition with mutual consent. It was also settled that the custody of the minor child will remain with the petitioner and respondent No.7 shall pay a sum of `5000/- per month for his maintenance to the petitioner. The divorce petition with mutual consent was filed, which is annexed as Annexure P-1 with the petition, and the same is fixed for second motion statement on 17.03.2016. Criminal Misc. No. M-1517 of 2016 Inspite of settlement between the parties, the petitioner is being harassed and Police is visiting the house of the petitioner frequently. Respondent No.7 is still interfering and harassing the petitioner. The petitioner has filed two representations (Annexures P-2 and P-3) but no action has been taken thereupon. Learned counsel also submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, directions are issued to respondents No.3 and 4 to take action on the representations and life and liberty of the petitioner be protected.

Keeping in view the limited prayer of the petitioner and without issuing notice of motion, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents No.3 and 4 to consider the representations (Annexures P-2 and P-3) and take necessary action in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

In case, any threat or interference by respondent No.7 is found, the necessary protection be provided to the petitioner. Disposed of accordingly.
